14th Sept: Dina Varpahovsky’s painting Ballard, oil on canvas, 45 x 55 cm, has been selected for Wells Art Contemporary Open Competition 2014. The competition was judged by Prof Anita Taylor – founder of the Jerwood Prize, Donald Smith – 45 Park Lane artist, and Prof Richard Wentworth CBE – Senior Research Professor at RCA. The exhibition of short-listed entries is taking place at Wells & Mendip Museum from Friday 10th October to Sunday 26th October.
