4th Feb 2014: February’s Late at Tate, this Friday, experimental film and moving image makers take over Tate Britain. XAP’s Laura Dekker will be there at the 1840s GIF Party with a remix of John Singer Sargent’s Carnation, Lily, Lily, Rose.
