Ana Oak’s video, ‘developing’, is showing as part of Gasthaus – Fermentation and Bacteria. This is a transdisciplinary project, curated by Maya Minder, at in which knowledge and ideas are brought together, cooked, fermented, and above all, are shared:
“The process of fermenting is to be taken literally and stands as a metaphor for the transformation that is currently taking place in our society. It also carries an aesthetic component and involves our senses, instincts, and intuition. Cultures are shared in the heads as well as in the intestines of all participants.”
